PeopleFilter creates and grows extensive data profiles on each individual candidate in the talent pool. This data is used to target the talent pool with highly appropriate messaging.

With PeopleFilter, those that applied for Accounting jobs, are interested in accounting jobs, or have been identified as having accounting skills can be sent messaging that announces a new opening, asking them to consider applying. Other candidates can be targeted for a message which asks for a referral to the Accounting job.

By using PeopleFilter’s data targeting in sending messages the talent pool, employers can rise above simply sending out job spam and instead they can communicate appropriately and effectively with a large talent pool.
