Businesses operate their recruiting functions in ways that are unique to the company. Within individual organizations, the recruiting process can take different paths from group to group and from job to job. It is our belief that a good technology will map itself to the process and not the other way around.

Flexible workflow in PeopleFilter begins with the ability to tactically view data in different ways depending on the situation. As candidates progress through the process some of the business logic was created based on a thoughtful configuration that sets the initial framework. Many of these configurations however can be overridden on the fly but others might be designated as unalterable.

PeopleFilter is replete with an arsenal of tools that includes lists, selectable status fields, numerical scores, “mouse over” text, icons and an array of filters to instantly see a tactical view of candidate data. For example, a recruiter can login to see all the candidates that were rejected by a hiring manager for a specific job and send them an electronic communication informing them of their status in four clicks.

Other pre-set workflow configurations can ensure that statuses get changed appropriately, the candidate record gets moved to the “no” pile, and that each action is recorded in the candidate note history. A few additional clicks and all the candidates that were accepted can be sent an electronic invitation to schedule their own interview.

PeopleFilter’s flexibility means that as an organization’s process evolves, the system will change with it while continuing to provide superior efficiencies.
