Rolling Meadows, IL - In concert with the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, Talentology LLC announces the launch of www.Michigan-Talent.com, a new program that matches job opportunities with job-seeking alumni and students from leading colleges and universities. Introduced by the Michigan Chamber, the unique program answers the call to help Michigan-based companies and Michigan-trained talent to prosper in the Great Lake State.

“The state of Michigan has lost 170,000 jobs in the past three years. This trend has got to be reversed,” stated Jock Aikman, Senior Vice President, Marketing for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. “Our state, through its many outstanding colleges and universities, continues to produce extraordinary human talent that it cannot afford to lose.”

Based upon extensive research and evaluation, the Michigan Chamber of Commerce selected Talentology LLC and its “ProFind” technology to be the engine for the online program, which will soon be introduced at other state chambers.

Talentology LLC and the Michigan Chamber of Commerce have initially secured the participation of more than twenty of Michigan’s leading colleges and universities. These institutions will be actively promoting the websites www.College-Talent.com and www.University-Talent.com to their students and alumni. The Michigan Chamber of Commerce is directing its member companies to www.Michigan-Talent.com where they can post job opportunities and search through the talent database at no cost.
