In fact Job Seeker privacy is a corner stone in the Talentology business model and in its operating philosophy.

Talentology recognized early on in its development that Job Seeker privacy was and is an issue that has long been talked about privately in the online recruiting business but not publicly. In fact the online recruiting industry until recently has avoided the issue, whose scope and damage is considerable especially when it’s your privacy.

Since inception, every Job Seeker that registers with Talentology.com is 100% anonymous. All contact information such as name, address, email, phone, are unavailable to employers as they view the career profiles of job seekers. Although resume attachments are encouraged they are unavailable for general viewing because Talentology recognizes that it cannot ensure that the personal data won't be inadvertently left in by the Job Seeker.

All Talentology Job Seekers are required to enter their contact information, employment history, etc. into a standardized format. Job descriptions and applicant profiles are created using a common-language skills library, containing over 12,000 unique occupational skills.

For employers the technology automatically filters out unqualified applicants while simultaneously screening, filtering, matching and ranking the right applicant with the right skills with the right job.

When employers are interested in a Job Seeker, they trigger an electronic interview invitation to the anonymous Job Seeker. Since all contact is routed through the Talentology messaging center, Job Seeker email addresses are not disclosed.

Only when the Job Seeker checks out the job and checks out the company through the Talentology website and then explicitly agrees to the interview, thus providing permission to release contact information, will their name and address be released. With permission, employers get instant access to an applicant’s complete profile, including contact information, resume, certifications and letters of recommendation.
