Rolling Meadows, IL - Talentology LLC, the exciting online career management site and eresMas Interactiva Inc., the owners and operators of StarMedia, a leading network of Spanish language sites, have announced the creation of a strategic alliance to assist the Hispanic population in the United States in meeting the challenges of today’s job market.

Talentology.comSM will sponsor the newly launched StarMedia “Career Center” through offering its service to StarMedia’s two millions users in the U.S. Hispanic market. The Career Center, just a click off of the StarMedia home page, will introduce to Job Seekers a new way to search for jobs online based on real-life business needs and skills.

The StarMedia Career Center differentiates itself by using Talentology’s ProFindSM technology, which allows job seekers and employers to search for candidates and jobs by unique skills, as opposed to misleading or unreliable keyword searching. It is not just another job board.

Job seekers create background profiles using the exact same terms that employers use to post job descriptions.
