ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (November 14, 2006) — PeopleFilter® Technology, developers of the PeopleFilter applicant tracking system, today announced that David Armstrong has joined the company as its director of Inside Sales.

In his new position, Armstrong will leverage nearly 15 years of sales and sales management experience in the human resource industry to oversee PeopleFilter’s Inside Sales team. He is responsible for building and developing the Inside Sales team to support the company’s expansion and growth and works closely with PeopleFilter’s Marketing group to ensure that both teams proactively promote the company’s services and brand recognition across North America.

“David has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the human resource industry, specifically in inside sales, which is a critical component to our company’s continual growth strategy,” said Frank Pirri, CEO of PeopleFilter.

Armstrong began his career at PeopleSoft, prior to its acquisition by Oracle, where he held positions of increasing authority including director of Telemarketing. Earlier in his career, he was manager of Inside Sales at Taleo Corporation and most recently the senior director of Inside Sales for Vurv Technology where he led his team to consistently deliver quarter-over-quarter revenue growth.

Armstrong holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
