ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (November 28, 2006) – PeopleFilter® Technology, developers of the PeopleFilter applicant tracking system, today announced that Kurt Dunn and Todd Richman have joined the company to expand its regional sales capabilities. Dunn will be working in the Western region and Richman will be working in the Northeast region.

Frank Pirri, CEO of PeopleFilter, commented, “The additions of Kurt and Todd further strengthen our sales team. These seasoned veterans will provide PeopleFilter with the opportunity to greatly expand our presence in these two regions.”

Based in San Francisco, Dunn brings 10 years of experience in the recruiting software and technology industry to his new role. Most recently, he served as vice president of Global Services at Vurv Technology where he oversaw the professional services supporting the implementation of all product lines. Prior to joining Vurv, Dunn worked as a solution consultant for Taleo, an on-demand talent management company. Dunn holds a master’s degree in Education from Cal State in Sacramento, Calif.

Based in Boston, Richman has worked in the software and technology industry for the past 10 years, most recently serving as senior director of Professional Services at Vurv Technology. At Vurv, he managed the teams that were responsible for the enterprise implementation of Vurv’s corporate recruitment product, among other implementation assignments. Before that, Richman served on IT consulting projects in roles ranging from client management, project planning, and requirements gathering to quality assurance planning and testing, release management, and customer support. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
