Bennett Williams has joined the Company as Director of Strategic Alliances

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. - PeopleFilter® Technology, developers of the PeopleFilter applicant tracking system (ATS), today announced that Bennett Williams has joined the Company as Director of Strategic Alliances. In this capacity, Williams is responsible for identifying and intensifying those business development relationships that will enable PeopleFilter to expand its market presence and bring relevant services to its growing customer base.

Prior to PeopleFilter, Williams was director of client services at Shaker Recruitment Advertising and Communications. There, he managed service relationships and product offerings in the areas of response management, diversity managing and planning, employer branding, benefits marketing and HR public relations. Before that, Williams worked at the Chicago Tribune in recruitment advertising. He holds an MBA degree from Aurora University in Aurora, Ill. and a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Morehouse College in Atlanta.
