ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. - PeopleFilter® Technology, developers of the PeopleFilter applicant tracking system, today recapped select highlights of its corporate performance for the first half of calendar year 2006. On track to more than double its revenues in 2006, PeopleFilter Technology also expects to double its customer base by the end of this year. Most recently in Q2 2006, PeopleFilter experienced a 60% increase in GAAP revenue from Q2 2005 and a 100% increase in bookings in Q2 2006 versus Q2 2005.

Frank Pirri, CEO and co-founder of PeopleFilter Technology, attributes his company’s success to precise market positioning and satisfied customers. “We’re squarely focused on being the best applicant tracking solution for the mid-market. This positioning has been validated by leading industry analysts and is corroborated every day by our customers and prospects.” He continued, “We’re also receiving very favorable feedback from our customers regarding how easy-to-use and flexible our flagship product PeopleFilter Enterprise Edition is, which ensures rapid implementation and user adoption.”

Bettyann Rovner, Director, Corporate Recruitment for Playboy Enterprises, shared, “We conducted an intense selection process and, of all the vendors we considered, chose PeopleFilter because their solution best aligns with the dynamic needs of our organization.”

“We selected PeopleFilter because everything we needed to make our recruiting process more efficient and applicant friendly was included,” said Cindy Kujawa, Vice President, Human Resources of Solucient, an information products company serving the healthcare industry. “With PeopleFilter the implementation time was very short so we gained efficiencies right away!”

Pirri commented, “The first six months of 2006 have been exciting, intense, and gratifying. In addition to welcoming our new clients, we have a new board member Hans Gieskes, CEO of H3.com and former president of Monster.com and new senior vice president of sales Tim Beaumont. We’ve also launched our Sourcing Accelerator product and forged a solid working relationship with Jobster. PeopleFilter Technology is well positioned for continued success and we’re looking forward to a great second half to the year.”
