ROLLING MEADOWS, IL - PeopleFilter® Technology, LLC, experts in applicant tracking systems, today announced that Todd Balzer has joined the company as Regional Sales Manager. Balzer has more than twenty years of sales, marketing and management experience with enterprise application software and other technologies.

As eastern regional sales manager for PeopleFilter, Balzer will strategize with corporate HR executives to help optimize their recruiting processes. He will also partner with clients to incorporate their feedback in the form of new functionality into PeopleFilter’s critically acclaimed applicant tracking system.

PeopleFilter’s Senior Vice President, Sales, Tim Beaumont commented, “Having a seasoned sales executive like Todd in this critical role will enable PeopleFilter to rapidly expand its presence in the eastern region. Earlier in his career, Balzer held a similar role at Personic. There, he managed $2.1 million of client revenue as well as territory partner relationships. His successes at that company include President’s Club and consistent revenue goal achievement.

Actively involved in the Institute for Human Resource Information management (IHRIM) he has served as Chapter Vice President and Board Member. Balzer holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the University of Cincinnati.
