Once applicants have been scored, PeopleFilter presents a full compliment of features for viewing and managing applicant data. The viewing, filtering, and sorting features are designed to quickly organize the applicant profile in the most effective way to identify the best applicants. Any applicant’s full profile can be viewed at any time.
The profile includes a list of all the skills the applicant selected and how the applicant ranked the skills. In addition, the gaps in the applicant’s skills (i.e., those skills not selected by the applicant) are listed separately.
Filters can be applied to applicant lists to focus on information such as ranges of scores, salary requirements, or geographic locations. Sorting can be performed based on scoring, applicant names, and distance from a location.
